Digital Technology

CAMLOG offers perfectly matched products for digital application for its implant systems:

Titanium base CAD/CAM

CONELOG® Titanium bases CAD/CAM of the crown version are acting as a bonding base for customized single crowns and mesostructures made from suitable materials. Optical recording of the base is performed with the aid of suitable dental scanners with mounted scan abutments from third party suppliers. The digitally captured geometry is used for modeling and fabricating single crowns and mesostructures using CAD/CAM technology. The titanium bases CAD/CAM of the crown version are equipped with a tapered implant-abutment connection with three grooves as antirotational mechanism and are available in two gingival heights.

CAD LIBRARIES

CAD libraries with the geometries of the titanium bases CAD/CAM and a suggestion on milling geometry simplify the work process and enable precise results. Libraries are available for the following CAD software including instructions for import:

Geometries already integrated by the manufacturer.
System-specific scanbody required.
Available from the Sirona® dealer.

Implant analog

Alternatively, the working model can be fabricated with color-coded CONELOG® Implant analogs for printed or cast models. To integrate the implant analog into a printed model, the analog is screw-retained with a corresponding handle for the CAMLOG®/CONELOG® Implant analog and pressed into the cast model.

Scanbodies

The scanbody is used for optical 3-dimensional localization of implants in the mouth and of lab analogs in the working model. The scanbodies are delivered sterile and thus allow immediate intraoral use.

The scanbody is integrated in the following CONELOG® CAD libraries:

Scanning cap for bar abutments

The scanning cap for bar abutments is used to visually record in 3 dimensions the prosthetic platform (including alignment of the hex surface) of CAMLOG® or CONELOG® Bar abutments in the mouth or of bar lab analogs on the working model. The scanning caps are made of PEEK (poly ether ether ketone) and are protected against rotation. The scanning caps are supplied sterile, allowing their immediate intraoral use.
